the art materials are collectively brilliant. however it is situated on an upstairs level and not known visibly to the customer. it wud be difficult access for someone who finds stairs hard. however I'm sure the staff would delightfully help you. I think you can ring and enquire about products too. staff very supportive and helpful. I gave four because of stairs.
