This garage charges an absolute fortune for labour costs, they make their prices up as they go along. They said my car was fixed which cost nearly 400 for a 13 part. The car wss collected, went back week later with something that was not fixed and also random parts left unfitted in car, the owner wouldn't even step out of his office to look at problem, he said I was lucky to have car back with no further damage. I took it back again, he charged me 130 to look at car (otherwise couldnt get car back) then quoted 600 to 1000 to fix problem they missed, saying it was a new problem!!! Which i could have had fixed through insurance for 400 if they just been honest and thorough from beginning. Now have to find someone else to sort out this mess. Will be reporting to trading standards. Do not trust what he says, hes covered himself so much he believes his own lies
I wanted to express my gratitude after being stranded in Abingdon with green flag unable to fix my car. Cost about a third of the price I would have had to have paid to a dealership to fix my car fob. Excellent and speedy service.

Not happy. Sent a BMW in to see if they could fix a problem, told them everything I knew about said problem (which is a lot, spent countless hours fiddling with it). They said it would cost 40 for them to just take a look and try and find the problem and 6 for a courtesy car for the day. I asked them to contact me if they found anything so I could agree to any extra fee's, they didn't bother contacting me until they were done, they hadn't fixed the problem, said they checked the fuel relays which is a lie because they are behind the glovebox and it had clearly not been taken apart, everything inside it was exactly the way I left it. They ended up refusing to return my keys if I refused to pay 138. So that's an extra 92 for absolutely no work being done whatsoever. Also they told me the car doesnt start and i should just take it to the scrapyard next door and see how much i can get for it. Wouldnt be surprised if they owned the place nextdoor!! Rip off merchants.
